Return is applicable only under certain circumstances. Customized orders cannot be returned Please contact our customer service on info@noorashawqi.com within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return. Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, exchange is applicable only 1 week after delivery if item is available in stock.

It is always better to make sure you have the right size before purchasing. For some ring items, they are not resizable, as for the rings that are possible to resize, we can do it free of charge.

We can fix any damages and polish/clean your items. Terms & conditions apply depending on the damage made. If there is a fault from our side, we take full responsibility for it. Polishing & cleaning can be made at any time free of charge, only shipping charges apply
